1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will be delivered within 7-10 days from the time of order. We will send you by email tracking # as soon as it ships. 

  1. What's your return policy?

We offer FREE Returns on all orders. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us at info@paradislingerie.com and we will send you a USPS return shipping label within 24h. You can return any UNUSED item within (30) days of the date of delivery to our US location. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not - within 24h of reception. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded that same day on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

4. Do you offer custom fit?

Yes we do. Just send us your measurements or sizing info at: info@paradislingerie.com and we will create a custom fit that's right just for you. We respond to all our emails within 24h.

5. What are your product sizing details?

We size our garments based on US standard metrics. As such, under the description of each of our product is indicated if it's true to size, or if you need to size up or down in order to ensure correct fit. If you're still unsure there is a size chart link for each item or contact us!

6. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. 

7. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Just return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we refund you immediately. You can make a separate purchase for any new item.
