Shipping & Returns
Your products will be delivered within 10-14 days from the time of order.
As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times. You can also find out where your order is by clicking following link at the bottom of our website: Track my Order
We offer FREE International Shipping and FREE Returns on all orders.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us at email@example.com and we will send you a USPS return shipping label within 24h to return the item(s) to our US location. You can return any UNUSED item within (30) days of the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not - within 24h of reception. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded that same day on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
